We have some great activities coming up in the months ahead!
Make sure to hold the dates for our two summer events.
The Classical Breakfast at RiverStone Manor on Sunday morning, July 12, with performances by Women of Note is sponsored again by Schenectady VanCurler Music and with the support of Price Chopper. This beautiful morning off music along the Mohawk River is a wonderful way to spend some time in the company of other classical music fans. Tickets are only $20.00 per person; reserve quickly – seating is limited.
Another delightful opportunity to celebrate the wealth of classical music here in the region comes Saturday August 22 at our Gala At SPAC with the Philadelphia Orchestra.
Yannick Nézet-Séguin Conductor
Beatrice Rana, Piano
With a program including Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 2 and concluding with Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture followed by fireworks on the lawn the evening is sure to be a hit!
Lawn seating is available this year for the first time, as a more family-friendly option. The evening includes a champagne reception and dinner at the Hall of Springs starting at 6:00 pm, as well as a ticket to the concert.
